ChildFund Australia also believes that receiving feedback and responding to complaints are important ways for the organisation to improve performance and be accountable.
If you have any queries about our work or would like to make a complaint, please feel free to phone, fax or email us. Complaints can also be made in person, and our Complaints Policy can be downloaded for further information.
ChildFund Australia’s Supporter Relations department will be the primary body responding to feedback or complaints, and will make sure that these enquiries are either resolved or referred on to the relevant manager or department.
