So you'd like to run a fundraising event for ChildFund Australia? Fantastic and thank you!

You may want to raise funds instead of receiving birthday or wedding presents.
You may be planning on raising funds by being sponsored in a fun run or through your school.
You may want to honour a loved one through raising funds in their memory.

The easiest way to get started is to create your own personalised fundraising web page. You can include photos, stories even a short video on your page. Then all you need to do is get your friends and family involved. Through the website you can send them an email that will guide them to your fundraising page. It is so simple and lots of fun.

How to set up your own fundraising page

Log on to www.everydayhero.com.au/event/childfund

Select the "Build Hero Page" button and follow the steps. Just remember to select ChildFund Australia as your chosen charity. We will receive the proceeds of your fundraising.

If you are planning a more traditional fundraising event, here is a checklist to guide the planning and implementation of your event. These steps will help make your event a great success for you and for ChildFund Australia.

Once you have come up with a firm plan of action, give one of our helpful fundraisers a call on 1800 023 600 or send an email to info@childfund.org.au to discuss your idea. We'll make sure your plans are in keeping with ChildFund Australia's values and that they won't leave you, your organisation or ChildFund Australia out of pocket at the end of the event.
