Fundraise for us

Fundraising is fun and rewarding. Not only will you experience a true sense of satisfaction as you assist children less fortunate, but you will also educate your family, friends and colleagues about the extreme poverty that kills over 26,000 children under five, every day.

There are so many ways that you can fundraise. Right now we have supporters raising money through our Cycle Cambodia Challenge, taking part in marathons like the City2Surf and selling various items. We are also currently running a raffle and need more supporters to sell tickets for us. Get involved.

For ideas and inspiration on fundraising activities, download our Fundraisers Getting Started Kit. If you are new to fundraising we suggest you start with something simple first.

The three basic steps of fundraising

1. Choose your activity
Think about how you would like to raise money - such as athletic competitions, trivia nights or birthday/wedding gifts etc.

2. Set up your fundraising webpage
If appropriate, create a webpage using EveryDay Hero at www.everydayhero.com.au. It's a really easy and effective way to spread the word.

3. Tell everyone
Email your webpage to everyone you know well before asking others. People tend to match the donations already made so you want to start with your most generous supporters first!
People you might like to ask include your family, friends, clubs, venues you frequent, colleagues, suppliers, local businesses, schools etc.
