ChildFund Australia is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to manage our programs and the program team in Papua New Guinea.
The role will be based in Port Moresby, PNG, and report to the ChildFund PNG Country Director. The role requires a committed, experienced and highly motivated individual, who can provide leadership, management, coordination and supervision of all aspects of ChildFund PNG’s programs, with the overall objective of improving the well-being of children in PNG. This role will also be responsible for building strong ChildFund teams, mentoring and developing capacity amongst all ChildFund PNG staff - with a focus on the needs of program staff. It is expected that the Program Manager will be an active member of the ChildFund PNG Senior Management Team.
