Regional Operations Officer (Learning)

The Regional Operations Officer (Learning) will support the high-quality operations of the ChildFund Pass It Back program by (i) providing support to the Regional Team to undertake new country start-ups including proposal and budget development; (ii) providing operations and reporting support for allocated countries; (iii) ensuring program level reporting is of a high standard; (iv) managing the program’s Salesforce system and app development/roll-out; (v) ensuring measuring change consistency across all operations and; (vi) coach training support.

Together with your team of 5 you will be a business partner to the organisation, providing high quality internal and external financial reporting and analysis and responsible for safeguarding the financial assets of the organisation. Your team works closely with our country office finance teams, providing support and capacity building where necessary. You also support the COO in the functional areas of risk management, legal and regulatory compliance. You ensure that ChildFund Australia maintains the highest standard of accountability and integrity to its stakeholders.
