Pass It Back is an integrated rugby and life skills learning curriculum designed to equip children and young people to overcome challenges, inspire positive social change, and ‘pass it back’ to their communities.
Through play-based learning, young people gain critical social and emotional skills that build confidence, resilience, and leadership – both on and off the field.
Players learn to identify and address gender inequalities in their daily lives, fostering solidarity and action within their communities.
This module empowers players with goal-setting techniques, basic financial literacy, enhanced decision-making skills, and an understanding of how gender inequalities can influence future choices.
This crucial module helps players recognize violence in their communities, learn prevention and support strategies, and access community resources, while also addressing the intersection of gender inequality and violence. This module forms the foundation for Get into Rugby PLUS in Oceania.
Players gain vital knowledge about staying safe and healthy in relationships, develop responsible decision-making skills, and explore the impact of gender inequalities on health choices.
This module supports players in building peer networks, setting goals, and developing healthy habits during times of disaster recovery.
Players develop the skills to challenge gender inequalities, build leadership qualities, and cultivate positive decision-making habits, leading to more equitable, healthier, and happier communities for all.
