ChildFund Australia is an independent international development organisation that works to reduce poverty for children in many of the world’s most disadvantaged communities. We partner to create community and systems change which enables vulnerable children and young people, in all their diversity, to assert and realise their rights.

Fundraising Specialist (Regular Giving)

Location: Sydney, Australia  |Closing date: 8th March 2024

Regular giving is the cornerstone of all of ChildFund Australia’s fundraising, and its growth and maintenance is essential to fund our extensive portfolio of overseas development work. In this vital role within the Fundraising Team, you will support the Regular Giving Manager and the rest of the Regular Giving team by growing the organisation’s income via. face-to-face and telemarketing programs, and be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for acquisition activities including, but not limited to upgrades, conversions, and reactivations.

Supporter Relations Officer

Location: Sydney, Australia  |Closing date: 9th February 2024

As part of the Supporter Relations team, you act as the primary point of contact for our supporters, and effectively share information with our donors on behalf of ChildFund Australia. As part of this role, you ensure the accurate & timely entry of data into our system and provide administrative support to the Supporter Relations team.

Consultant – Client Satisfaction Tool Development

We are seeking a consultant to develop or select a tool that will measure service satisfaction across our Community-Based Child Protection Mechanisms (CBCPMs) and system-strengthening priority interventions; this tool will help us ensure that our services are effective and aligned with best practices in child protection.
