Country Director - Timor-Leste

Location: Dili, Timor-LesteClosing date: 3rd January 2018

ChildFund Australia is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Country Director to manage our programs and people in Timor-Leste. Given the recent transition of management from ChildFund International to ChildFund Australia, the Country Director will lead the introduction and implementation of ChildFund Australia strategies, policies, and programming to ChildFund Timor-Leste. Reporting to the Sydney-based International Program Director, the Country Director has overall responsibility for leadership, people management and management of the organisation’s activities in Timor-Leste.

Fundraising Officer

Location: Sydney, AustraliaClosing date: 15th January 2018

The Fundraising Officer will play a vital role within the marketing team to grow regular giving donations from new and existing supporters via face to face and telemarketing programs. This role is also responsible for regular giving retention activities including, but not limited to; upgrades, conversion and reactivation calling. Additionally, you will assist in building and maintaining solid and professional working relationships with all suppliers, monitoring and evaluating the performance of suppliers, proposing and implementing tactical and strategic changes and providing regular training.

Bequest Executive - Gifts in Wills

Location: Sydney, AustraliaClosing date: 26th January 2018

The Bequest Executive will drive the development of the bequest program and be a key member of the Marketing team. This will include growing the strategy and implementing end to end plans and processes, from bequest communication to personalised stewardship of current and potential donors. Reporting into the Single Giving Manager, the Bequest Executive will also work across the philanthropic fundraising program, liaising with high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates.
