Gender Consultant - Laos

Location: Vientiane Municipality, LaosClosing date: 19th October 2018

ChildFund Laos is seeking a Gender Consultant to undertake a Gender Analysis of ChildFund Lao (CFL) Programs and its operation in relation to the Improving Gender Equality at both program/project and organisational levels. This role will also provide capacity building for the CFL staff and government counterparts on gender sensitisation and for Project Working Team (PWT) on gender mainstreaming in health, education and youth participation. The study will consist of both qualitative and quantitative data collection, focusing on how ChildFund Lao Program contributes to changes relevant to gender perspective in the community.
