Country Director, Timor-Leste

As the Country Director for ChildFund Timor-Leste, you lead all aspects of ChildFund’s strategy and operations in Timor-Leste. The Country Director provides leadership to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and builds a positive work culture in line with ChildFund’s Vision, Mission and Values. You cultivate effective working relationships with local partners, government, donors, and the local community. You work closely and collaboratively with the ChildFund Australia Management team, as well the ChildFund Australia Programs team, to ensure our programming and projects delivery is aligned with best practices in the sector.

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you are responsible for improving organisational leadership and management by providing effective administrative assistance to ChildFund Australia’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team (ET), and by improving the efficiency of ChildFund Australia’s Sydney Office by coordinating and managing office functions.

Junior Finance Officer

Location: Sydney, Australia  |Closing date: 22nd September 2023

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Junior Finance Officer supports the ChildFund Australia Finance team with transactional accounting processes, including accounts payable, employee reimbursements, credit card expenses, donation receipts, and bank reconciliations. They also have exposure to the financial reporting process, supporting the team with month-end & year-end deliverables.
